Question: How long will I receive my order?

Answer: We process your order within 48 hours and send it to post office after checking all dvds.  Once your package is scanned by postal system, we will send you tracking information. For US addresses, it will take 3-5 business days to deliver excluding holiday seasons. International Orders take longer to deliver.

 

Question: How long does it take to ship to Australia?

Answer: Since the pandemic, we are experiencing longer than usual shipping times from US to Australia. Unfortunately, this delay is beyond our control and is due to the lack of postal labours and limited transportation options. We understand how frustrating this can be, if you can not wait, we don't suggest you to place an order at this moment.

Question: When do I receive my tracking number?

Answer: You will receive the tracking number within 48 hours. If you don't, you can check the junk mailbox or contact us for help.

Question: Do I get tracking number on my order?

Answer: Yes you do. We will send you tracking number(s) once your package is scanned by post system. You can track your package at www.usps.com

Question: What format are the movies?

Answer: Our movies are in DVD format, they can be played on most home DVD players and computers. We only high quality of DVD+R or DVD-R.

Question: Are the titles censored?

Answer: YES, all the titles you see on our site are censored unless otherwise noted. Censored movies contain mosaics that blurred male/female genitalia. 

Question: What can I do if the DVD is defective?

Answer: We only return store credits within 15 days you receive any defective dvds.
Store credits are valid for 90 days after issuing. (Defective DVDs are dvds that cannot play, or they have wrong contents. DVDs have subtitles or watermark cannot be refunded.) All sales is final and as is.

Question: How much do I pay for shipping?

Answer: Our shipping rate is $6.75 to everywhere within North America (USA and Canada) ; $10.75 to anywhere outside of North America.

Question: How long should I wait?

Answer: Please expect 3-5 business days depending on where you live. International order generally takes about 4-14 days depending on your location. ( Please update with your local postal service if there is any delay due to the pandemic.)

Question: How is it packed?

Answer: Titles shipped will not come with inserts, cases or even covers, thus reducing the weight of packaging and the risk of embarrassment in case someone opens your package. In addition, for increased privacy, each title shipped to you will only have a small sticker with the studio number on it. 

Packages shipped will NOT display SHOPJAV on the sender address for privacy reasons. We ship all our packages in a discreet manner. 

Question: How does the package look like?

Answer: We use padded envelopes or cardboard boxes to pack your package like all other e-commerice businesses. They are very good quality and very protective.

* No artwork or image will be included in your packages.
